Solution 1: Check the Xbox Live service status
To do so, visit the below page@ support.xbox.com/en-US/xbox-live-status for details.
Solution 2: Test your Xbox Live or internet connection.

Press the Guide button on your controller.
Select Settings, System Settings, and then Network Settings.
Select the name of network you're using.
