This demo helps fix fix error code 3039 65546 while trying to load Norton SONAR Protection on your Windows
To fix this problem, restart your computer. If the problem persists even after you restart the computer, uninstall and reinstall your Norton product.
Method 1: Restart the computer.
For Windows 10 & 8 users, we also recommend disabling the Fast Startup.

Method 2: Download and run the Norton Remove and Reinstall tool@ ftp.symantec.com/public/english_us_canada/removal_tools/NRnR.exe
