Uninstall Amazon Assistant on Chrome/Firefox/IE/Opera

1. To start, you locate the Amazon's app next to the address bar.

2. Right click on that item, choose "Remove from Chrome...".



3. You still need to confirm the un-installation operation by clicking on the Remove button below.



4. Unhide all hidden & protected files temporarily. Head to filesytem and/or Windows Registry and try cleaning up other leftovers that have "Amazon" as manufacturer.

Part 2 includes some fast tips you may use to rid of Amazon Assistant on your Mozilla Firefox:

1. Typically, you hit the menu-like icon and choose Add-ons.



2. Enter the entry where you had Amazon Assistant installed. Then, press the Remove button.

Part 3: Uninstalling Amazon Assistant (aka, Amazon 1Button App) for IE would be troublesome. Now, please read on the steps below.

1. Head over to Control Panel. Go to the programs list.

2. Locate the target application, launch the embedded Change option.



3. Hit the Remove button on the following Amazon Assistant Setup.



4. Press the Remove tab.



5. Press the Remove button, again.



6. Wait...



7. Press the Yes tab on the below UAC window.



8. You need to wait few seconds again.



9. Click on the Finish button.



10. Remember to disable Amazon Assistant from running with your Internet Explorer.



11. Unpin the remained shortcut from your taskbar.



12. As usual, we highly recommend erasing Amazon-related leftovers in your system.



Part 4: Here's how to uninstall Amazon Assistant from Sogou Explorer.

1. Right click on the app, choose an option that has the letter U.



2. Now, press the blue button to complete the removal process.



Part 5: Amazon Assistant for 360 Safe Browser removal guide:

1. Right click on the Amazon's app, and choose Uninstall.



2. Choose Remove.





Part 6: Rid of Amazon (Assistant) for Opera.

1. Right click on the app, and choose "Manage extension...".



2. Move your mouse on the app and press the cross-like icon behind it.



3. Now, hit the OK button on the below "Remove Extension" window.
