Here's how to Fix Err_cache_miss error code in your Google Chrome browser.
Below are some troubleshooting tips you may try out:
1. check if you have the same error message when you access the site from another web browser, such as IE or Firefox. If so, please also test if the website loads properly in Chrome Beta@ goo.gl/yRWAeE and/or Canary@ goo.gl/78B5b1.
2. make sure you have the latest version of Google Chrome browser.
3. Try reloading the website later. Or, try a different network OR Reset network settings by running the below commands as admin:
ipconfig /release
ipconfig /all
ipconfig /flushdns
ipconfig /renew
netsh int ip set dns
netsh winsock reset
More, follow goo.gl/qRhoVs "Fix connection errors" & goo.gl/g2v5Qz "Change site permissions" to fix the error above.
4. check if you're using Chrome on a domain/managed network? If yes, then you may consider contacting the admin team to receive further help as the settings are managed by them.
And If you're the site admin or owner, go to Chrome Developers Forum@ goo.gl/G8qYkr for expert help. More, try disabling installed plugins.

5.
Update Chrome to the latest version.
Try clearing the Cache and Cookies.
Try using in Incognito mode. If this helps then temporarily disable your extensions to identify which one is causing the rendering problem. To do this go to chrome://extensions and uncheck Enabled for each extension one by one.
Note: For Google Chrome Development Tool users, you can also Disable Cache System.
If that doesn't help, reset Chrome settings to see if that helps (Your saved bookmarks and passwords won't be cleared or changed.)
If the issue still persists, I’d suggest creating a new user profile by adding a new user on Chrome.
Also, toggle the Use hardware acceleration (Menu>Settings>Show Advanced Settings>System menu).
Change DNS to Google Public DNS.
6. Perform the clean boot.
