This post helps Fix error code 0x803f8003 while trying to play a game on your Xbox One S or Xbox One device.
Solution 1: Verify current status of your own subscription service for the game (e.g., Gold subscription, EA Access, etc.)
Note: Games with Gold titles require an active Xbox Live Gold subscription on the account that originally redeemed the Games with Gold offer.
And, to renew your subscription, plz follow the given steps below:
1. Sign in to the below Services & subscriptions page@ account.microsoft.com/services/?ref=xboxsupport with your own Microsoft account.
2. Find the subscription you want/need to renew in the list, select Renew, and then follow the instructions.
Note: If you don’t see a link to Renew, you’ll need to buy the subscription again. Head over to Microsoft Store at www.microsoftstore.com directly.
Optionally, you may consider enabling the "Xbox LIVE account Auto Renewal" option.
Solution 2: Try launching the game again.
1. Go to Home by pressing the Xbox button.
With the focus on the game tile, select the Menu button.
Select Quit. Refer to the below image.
Wait at least 10 seconds, and then try launching the game again.
Solution 3: Restart your console.
To resolve this problem, try restarting your own Xbox device.
1. Double-tap the Xbox button on your controller to bring up the guide.
2. Scroll down and select Settings.
3. Select the option "Restart console", and then select Yes to confirm.
After your console has restarted, sign in and try launching the game again.

1. If you're playing some kinda of preview version of program, uninstall it and get the official build or stable version installed.
2. Similarly, unistall the troublesome game and reinstall the game later.
