Info: The error you're seeing is typically caused by:
An issue with the Netflix application itself
An issue with some Netflix account information stored on the device
An issue connecting to the Internet from your device
For Apple TV users, try:
1. Reboot your Apple TV device.
Turn your Apple TV (iPad, iPhone or iPod) off and wait for 10 seconds before turning it back on and trying Netflix again.
Settings > General.

2. Uninstall Netflix and reinstall it later.

Swipe on the Touch surface (Touchpad) of the Siri Remote or Apple TV remote to go Netflix.
Press and hold on the Touch surface on the app icon, and wait for it to jiggle.
