This post helps Fix Another installation is in progress while installing/uninstalling program on your Windows.
Case study 1: If you can't install nor un-install anything due to the below msg:
Error Code: 0xC0070652
Error Message : Another installation is already in progress. Complete that installation before proceeding with this install.
Additional message: MSI Engine: Failed to initialize the package.
Context: Initialization
Method 1: Check if the status of Windows Installer Service is running.
If re-registering the Windows Installer did not work in normal mode, you try it in Safe Mode with Network.

Method 2:
Step1: If you have any third party security software installed on your computer, you disable security software temporarily - to do so, you would need the admin right.
WAARNING: If you have to temporarily disable it to install other software, you should re-enable it as soon as you're done. If you're connected to the Internet or a network while your antivirus software is disabled, your computer is vulnerable to attacks.
Step2: Place your computer on Clean Boot.
Other voice: If you had trouble installing some app, open Task Manager, then stop the Windows Installer process.
Proceed to install the programme that you want.
Case study 2: you met "Error 1500. Another Installation is in Progress you must complete the installation before continuing this one"...
Method 1: perform a clean Boot and try to install in the Clean Boot mode.
Method 2: You'd be able to fix the issue by opening the Task Manager and killing the Windows installers.
Method 3: If you're using an upgraded Windows, such as from Windows 8.1 to Windows 10, you make a clean Windows 10 installation.
Case study 3: You can't install Java...
SOLUTION 1:
Step 1: uninstall current Java using the recommended uninstall tool Pro in this video guide.
Step 2: Download and install the offline installer package@ bit.ly/2uWTeDo.
SOLUTION 2:
Step 1: Disable the Windows Installer service.
Step 2: Restart your computer. Re-open the Windows Installer service, set the Manual option to it.
Step 3: Download and install the Java offline installer package for Windows@ bit.ly/2uWTeDo.
Case study 4: You can't install Worry-Free Remote Manager (WFRM) agent in WFBS...
Open the Task Manager.
Go to the Processes tab.
Find msiexec.exe on the list.
Note: If you find more than one msiexec.exe process on the list, then another session is still running.
Wait until there is only one msiexec.exe process remaining on the list.
Run the setup again.
Case study 5: You can't install Office for Windows (start Office installation)...

Solution 2: Check if restarting your computer helps. If the error persists, head to bit.ly/2xgYq1V.
Note: You might have other Office versions installed, which you should remove that item using the recommended uninstall tool Pro in this video guide. Refer to the below image.
