This vid helps Fix error code 2137-8006 while trying to access/open the Nintendo E-shop.
Solution 1: restart your device
turn off the system, don't put it in sleep mode, and then turn it back on a few minutes later.
Solution 2:
1. if you're using a Wireless Internet connection:
a. Restart the Nintendo Switch console
Hold POWER Button down for three seconds > select "Power Options" > launch "Restart."
b. enter an alternate DNS:
System settings
Internet
Tab “Internet Settings”.
Locate the network you're using.
Tab “Change Settings”.
Choose “DNS Settings”.
Set the option Manual to "DNS Settings" above.
Select "Primary DNS," > hold down the B Button to delete current DNS (it defaults to zeros).

c. Move your Nintendo Switch console closer to the wireless router you're using.
d. Power cycle your home network.
Unplug the power cable from both the modem and wireless router (if separate from the modem). If the modem's lights remain on, this may indicate you have a back-up battery installed. You will need to remove this battery to power cycle the modem.
After 30 seconds, plug the power cable back into your modem and wait for the lights to remain steady.
Plug the power cable back into the router and wait for the router lights to remain steady.
e. Move any metal objects or electronic devices away from your Nintendo Switch console and wireless router.
f. connect to a different wireless band.
