Fix We couldn’t create a new partition or locate an existing one when installing Windows
Solution 1: Set your BIOS to boot the Hard Drive first.
Then, when the computer is starting up, start the BOOT MENU (Usually F10, F11 or F12).
This will allow you to boot from the flash drive. Solution 2: Reboot the PC with the Windows installation CD in and select "Repair your computer".
Head over to the Advanced tools option.
Once in the Command Prompt... run Diskpart Type LIST DISK Type SELECT DISK <whatever disk number you have> Type CLEAN Type CREATE PARTITION PRIMARY Type ACTIVE Type FORMAT FS=NTFS QUICK Type ASSIGN perform the above for any other hdds present, but dont make any other drive active. Now reboot and start in the installation over again. For more info, plz refer www.howtogeek.com/135005/how-to-use-a-windows-installer-disc-to-back-up-your-files-when-your-computer-wont-boot/
