1. To start, you check out installed "Install Command Line Tools", as you may need to get rid of those tools - if you do not want to reuse 'em anymore, or free your disk space.

2. If you're running the unwanted/sunsetted app, check out your own menu bar and exit the client properly.

3. Now, you head over to the Applications folder, and try dragging TextWrangler into the Trash icon - this helps remove the unwanted application from your Mac.

4. Check out the Downloads folder and/or your desktop, eject the installer and erase that setup from your system.

5. Now, you'd be safe to empty the removed items. Additional actions are considered more risky and difficult. Please double-check those remains before you trash them.
