Firs of all, assure Live is NOT down by accessing support.xbox.com/en-GB/xbox-live-status and, Live service for Xbox One is supported in your region (see details@ www.xbox.com/en-US/live/countries ).
Below are some options you can try:
1. Hold down your console Turn on button for 10 seconds while the console is turned on.
2. Note down and then reset current internet connections.
Plan B: Try logging into your Xbox profile in a different connection method or network (ISP).

You may also try resetting your modem/router if you're using one.
