Solution 1: Clear Store Cache.
1. Gain the admin access.
2. Run the below command wmic useraccount get name,sid.
3. Open Registry Editor. Export current registry settings.
4. Navigate to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Appx\AppxAllUserStore.
5. Look into the AppxAllUserStore key, manually delete the SID keys you got (in the Step 2 above).
6. Close Registry Editor and reboot your system.
Solution 2: Check if the location where the apps are being downloaded is corrupt or full.
Press Windows key + the R key.
Type the following location C:\Windows\SoftwareDistribution and hit OK.
Now, back up the folder Download.
Once done, delete all the contents in the folder.
Restart your computer.
Try installing the App.

1. Update your Windows, and install all the available updates including the optional driver and software updates. Also check for any Bing updates.
2. reset Windows app Store.
