"I think someone else is using my Microsoft account"
Step 4: Check if your Microsoft account has been associated with your gamertag wrongly.
Make sure you signed in with the account that's associated to Xbox Live. To do so, do the following:
Sign in at the top of the Xbox.com page. Refer to the below image.
Use the same Microsoft account email address and password that you were trying to use on your console.
If there are any issues with your Microsoft account, you'll be prompted to correct those issues.
If you're signed in to the wrong gamertag, or if you're prompted to create a new Microsoft account, it's likely that you're using the wrong Microsoft account.
Step 5: Give your child's Microsoft account a try.
If the Xbox Live account is a child account, re-enter your child's Microsoft account credentials correctly. You must use the same credentials that were used to create the child's account.
Step 6: Reset your Microsoft account password

Make sure that you are using the right Microsoft account
If you have more than one Microsoft account, make sure that you are using the right one.

If there’s a problem with that Microsoft account, you are prompted to correct it.
If you signed in with an incorrect gamertag or, if you are prompted to create a new Microsoft account, you are probably using the wrong Microsoft account.
