This demo helps fix error code 30174-4, 30125-5, 30038-4, and/or 30125-1011 while trying to install Office on your Windows.
Workarounds:
1. restart your computer and install Office later
2. disconnect wifi based connection, and use only wired connection. Use a valid VPN app for your Windows if you're blocked - choose one that works for you from this video.
3. Try installing from another location.
4. Temporarily turn off proxy settings.
Edge: disable Automatic proxy setup & enable Manual proxy setup

5. Temporarily turn off antivirus software you're using. Take disabling Windows Defender as an example here.
6. Temporarily turn off system or 3rd-party firewall

Solution: Install Office using the offline installer
If your Office product is under Office for home, such as Office 365 Home, Office 365 Personal or Office 365 University, try Office 2016 offline installer@ www.office.com/myaccount (MS log-in info will be required.)
Step 1: Sign in your MS ID.
STEP 2: select Install > first.
STEP 3: Select Language and install options. (If you want to install Office 2013, select Additional install options and then skip to step 4).
step 4: Choose Additional install options.
step 5: Choose Download offline installer.
step 6: follow the on-screen info to complete the official download.
Step 7: Check My Computer or This PC, locate the image file you downloaded and double-click it.
Step 8: run setup.exe as the admin user. You'll be good to go.
If your Office product is under Office for business, such as Office 365 Business, Office 365 Business Premium, Office 365 ProPlus, try:
Contact your admin.

Admins can also use the Office Deployment Tool@ technet.microsoft.com/library/jj219423(v=office.15).aspx to download the Office software to your local network. You can then deploy Office by using the software deployment method you typically use.
