This demo contains info that helps fix error code 0xc0000034 while trying to boot/run your Windows.
For Windows 10 users:

Step 2: boot laptop/PC using USB stick
Refer to www.wikihow.com/Install-Windows-8-from-USB
Step 3: let stick boot up and follow instructions until you see repair Windows install, go through options and select command prompt.
Step 4: When you are at the command prompt run these options:
Bootrec /fixMBR
bootrec /fixBoot
bootrec /rebuildBCD
once done type exit.
For Windows 8/ 8.1 users:
Method 1: try using Windows Installation media (disc) to recover your PC. Refer to support.hp.com/us-en/document/c03489643
Method 2: rebuilt BCD (Boot Configuration Data):
Boot into the Windows 8.1 disc.
After selecting your language, time and keyboard settings, click Next to load the next window, then click on the Repair your computer link on the bottom left corner of the window.
Click on Troubleshoot.
Click on Advanced options to get into Automatic Repair menu.
Click on command prompt and type in the following commands, one after the other:
bootrec /RebuildBcd
bootrec /fixMbr
bootrec /fixboot
bootsect /nt60 SYS
bootsect /nt60 ALL
Plan B: run the below cmds one by one.
Bootrec /fixmbr
Bootrec /fixboot
Bootrec /scanos
Bootrec /rebuildbcd
