Case study 1: the above alert appeared when verifying your identity on Windows 10.
Method 1: Disable the proxy settings, or disconnect your computer from any VPN server you're using.
Method 2: change your account to the LOCAL one.
Go to PC setting.
Go to Accounts.
Press "disconnect" button.
Enter your e-mail from Windows Apps
Enter your e-mail & password
Now another e-mail address will appear as a backup address, if you added it before, then press " OK " button.
Your code will be sent to that another e-mail

12. Navigate to HKEY_USERS\.DEFAULT\Software\Microsoft\IdentityCRL\StoredIdentities
See if there is any account. If yes, delete it.
