You can set up NordVPN on Raspberry Pi device using OpenVPN protocol. Please note that of the commands may differ due to operating system the device is using. Here is a tutorial how to connect via OpenVPN: Tested on Raspbian Debian Weezy (version: Januray 2014; release date: 07/01/14). We'll take using the Linux system as an example. 1. Run the terminal. 2. Type sudo apt-get update to update the package list. 3. Type sudo apt-get install openvpn to install OpenVPN. 4. Navigate to OpenVPN directory by typing in: cd /etc/openvpn/ and then download our .ovpn configuration files: sudo wget nordvpn.com/api/files/zip 5. Unzip the package. Type: sudo unzip zip 6. To connect to our service type: sudo openvpn file_name (for example: sudo openvpn de75.nordvpn.com.udp1194.ovpn) 7. OpenVPN will ask you for credentials, so simply enter those in with your NordVPN account credentials. 8. You will be connected to VPN. 9. To disconnect from VPN press Ctrl+C on the keyboard. If you want to disconnect while using a different terminal window, you can use this command: sudo killall openvpn.
