This post contains methods that help Fix System Error E106 (also, 80070570) while trying to download app and/or other content on Xbox.
TIP: This video guide would also help address error code 80070570 as well.
Step 1: Check if Xbox Service is down. If so, try re-downloading the target stuff later. To do this, pay a visit to the below page@ support.xbox.com/en-US/xbox-live-status
Step 2: clear your console's system cache.
Press the Guide button on your controller.
Go to Settings, and select System Settings.
Select Storage.
Highlight but don’t select a storage device, and then press the Y button on your controller for Device Options.
Once the below Device Options screen shows up, select "Clear System Cache".
When prompted to confirm storage device maintenance, select Yes.
Sit tight while the deletion is being processed.
Step 3: Delete and redownload your Xbox profile.
1. Perform the deletion of your Xbox profile.
Press the Guide button on your own controller.
Go to settings, and then select System.
Select Storage.
If you are not using any external storage devices on your Xbox 360 console, select Hard Drive. And, if you're running some external storage, instead select All Devices.
Select Profiles.
Select the Xbox profile that you want/need to delete.
Select Delete.
(IMPORTANT: ) Select Delete Profile Only.
2: Redownload you Xbox Live profile
Press the Guide button on your controller.
Select "Download Profile".
Note: If you're not seeing Download Profile, please press the X button to sign out, confirm, and then select "Download" Profile later.
Once the "Download Profile" screen comes up, select "Download Profile".
Enter the email address & password of the Microsoft account that's associated with your Xbox Live profile.
Note #1: If you don't know the log-in info, see the Lost Account Solution@ support.xbox.com/my-account/microsoft-account/forgot-microsoft-account-solution or the Lost Password Solution@ support.xbox.com/my-account/microsoft-account/lost-password-solution.
Note #2: If you forgot the password, pay a visit to this page@ account.live.com/password/reset
Select "Remember password" only if you want to sign in without being prompted for a password each time.
Step 4: Try resetting your device without losing your games, apps, and saves/downloads.
Press the Xbox button.
Select Settings.
Select All Settings.
Select System.
Select Console info & updates.
Select Reset console.
Then, launch "Reset and keep my games & apps" option.
Step 5: Check the hard drive (e.g., disk space, "removal & reconnection") on your device.
