This vid helps Fix error code tvq-pm-100 (5.2.7) while trying to load/run the Netflix application on your smart TV or other smart devices.
For smart TV users, you may try the following steps:
1. Unplug your smart TV device from power for at least 1 minute.
2. While your TV is unplugged, press and hold the power button on the TV for 5 seconds to discharge it.
Note: If you cannot access the power button or your TV does not have one, leave your TV unplugged for at least 3 minutes.
3. Now, plug your smart TV back in.
4. Turn your smart TV on.
5. Try running the Netflix app again.
