This post contains tips that help Fix error code 30015-1015 (ex, "(32)", "(5)", and/or "(1117)") while trying to install Office in your Windows.
1. Check your internet connection and, make sure it's working (fast enough).
2. Check your space on your main (Windows) hard drive.
3. If the error continues, save your work, reboot your Windows. Run the setup file as the admin user later.
As for Error Code: 30015-1015 (5)....
try the below steps:
1. Assure your Windows is genuine.
2. Re-run the setup as the Administrator or one of the Domain Admins group.
3. Check the path of the file that Windows can access and make sure that the location is accessible.
4. Make sure that the setup file has not been moved or deleted.
5. Check to see if the file has been blocked by Windows and/or your antivirus software.

Other options:
1. If you too met Error code 30015-1015 (1117), you may need to repair current Office product first. To do that, locate the Office software you installed and launch the Repair option as the admin user.

2. If you encountered Error code 30015-1015 (183), try the below solutions:
Solution #1:
start your computer in Clean Boot.
if the error persists, uninstall your Office software using the recommended uninstall tool PRO in this video, restart your computer when the uninstallation is completed; re-run the setup package as the admin user.
Solution #2:
start your computer in Clean Boot.
Perform the install of Office product there.
