IP RELEASE, RENEW, FLUSH DNS Windows: Run CMD.exe as admin Type ipconfig /release in the command prompt Wait... Type ipconfig /renew Wait Type ipconfig /flushdns Close the command prompt and attempt to make a new connection. Mac: Open the Network Status menu: Apple menu > System Preferences > Network. Select the active connection from the Network Status menu and click Advanced. Click Renew DHCP Lease. This process may take a few minutes. Close the Network window. To flush the DNS cache, open the Terminal. (Go > Utilities > Terminal). For OS X 10.10.4 Yosemite and later, type in the following: sudo killall -HUP mDNSResponder For OS X 10.10 Yosemite–OS X 10.10.3 Yosemite, type in the following: sudo discoveryutil mdnsflushcache For OS X 10.9 Mavericks and OS X 10.8 Mountain Lion, type in the following: sudo killall -HUP mDNSResponder Reattempt the connection. Create New Account. If you have tried to fix the error by using the first method (flushing domain name server) but it does not work, you can try to fix it by creating new account. Using this method, you will be asked to Create a new free account. A lot of users have tried this method and they are successful to get rid the error. Actually, this is a temporary solution but it works. check this URL for additional info.
