This post contains details that help Fix System Error E105 while trying to start your Xbox machine.
Below are some troubleshooting steps you can try:
Step 1. Follow the onscreen info and restart your Xbox, and see if the error E105 continues.
Step 2: eject any disc (if you were using) using a paper clip.
1) Disconnect the power cord and/or any other cables connected to your console.
(for Original Xbox One)
(For Xbox One S)
2) Get & uncoil a large paper clip.
3) Locate the below small orange circle behind the vents on the left side of your console.
4) Insert the straight end of the paper clip into the eject hole, located next to the orange rectangle. You may have to angle it slightly forward (toward the front of the console) as you insert it.

Step 3: back up or transfer your personal data and, restore your Xbox.
To copy or move individual items, do the below steps:
1) From Xbox Home, go to settings, and then select System.
2) Select Storage.
3) Select the storage device that contains the content you want to copy:
Hard Drive: Your console’s hard drive.
Cloud Saved Games: Storage space on Mirosoft Xbox Live servers.
USB Storage Device: A USB storage device, such as a USB flash drive plugged into your console.
Memory Unit: A memory unit plugged into your original Xbox 360 console.
4) Select the type of content that you want to copy & move:
Games and Apps;
Gamer profiles;
Demos;
Videos;
Themes;
Gamer Pictures;
Avatar Items;
System Items;
Music.
5) Within the content type that you selected, click to select the item that you want to keep.
6) Choose Copy or Move and, press Y.
7) Wait till the process is complete.
And to copy or move multiple items, you can give the Transfer Content option a go:
From Xbox Home, go to settings, and then select System.
Select Storage.
Highlight the storage device that contains the content you want to transfer, and then press Y for Device Options.
Select Transfer Content.
Select the destination storage device.
Select the type of content that you want to transfer, and then select Start to begin the transfer.
Now, restore your Xbox when ready:
Press the Xbox button to open the guide.
Select Settings.
Select All Settings.
Select System.
Select Console info & updates.
Select Reset console.
