This vid helps Fix high CPU usage caused by Tiworker.exe on your Windows computer.
Solution 1: changing Windows module installer & Windows Update into the Manual mode.
Important: you MUST check regularly (weekly or monthly) Windows update by yourself.
Open services.msc (In Windows 8, WindowsKey+R and enter services.msc)
Search "Windows module installer".
Double click the "Windows module installer", and make it manual.
Now, locate the "Windows update" service.
Double click the "Windows update", and make it manual.
Open Control panel.
Click "Windows update"
In left you can see "Change settings"
Change the setting into "Check for updates but let me choose whether to download and install them". It is usually set automatic - this works for users who are running Windows 8.1/8/7.
Or, you can use 3rd party tools like Prio@ goo.gl/MXV19i to set the priority to low.
Reboot.
Additionally, cleaning up your disk.
